Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Myrrdah can easily be exchanged if the fit or style isn’t quite right for you (where alternative sizes or styles are available). To exchange an item for another design or size please follow the below process. Please note that postage of exchanges is the customers responsibility.

• Provide order number & contact details (including the email used for purchase)

• We’ll provide you with a returns address and upon receipt of the item issue you with a store credit to utilise for a new item

Please note that exchanges must be completed within 21 days of receipt and are not available on sale items. Exchanges are only valid if returned items are unworn, unwashed, unmarked and have original tags attached.

Returns Policy

In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged item we may offer you a direct refund or replacement item. If you have received a damaged item please follow the below process immediately (we must receive this within 48 hours of receipt).

• Include your name, order number, recipe tor proof of purchase and contact details (including the email used for purchase)

• Indicate the item you wish to refund and include photos of damage or defect

• We’ll provide you with a returns address and upon receipt of the item issue you a refund
