Shipping & Delivery Info

We hope you love your new Myrrdah purchase! Upon receipt of your order we will endeavour to have your purchase on their way to you within three (3) business days. If the good ordered are unavailable on sight this may take a little longer, however, we will inform you of any delays to your order.

Delivery within Australia

Your Myrrdah order will be shipped within Australia using Australia Post.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 per order. Shipping is free within Australia for orders over $500AUD.

Your goods will be sent by us (not a packing facility) so orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive due to the rural nature of our location. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

At times, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be delays in delivery. We will minimise these on our end, however should you have any questions or concerns about your delivery please email us at hello@myrrdah.com

International Delivery

International Delivery can be arranged via email following your purchase. If you have selected International Shipping and have not received an email from us within 3 business days please reach out at hello@myrrdah.com - please include your order number.

International taxes & Customs

Please note that all products available on the Myrrdah site are noted in Australia Dollars (AUD). Any international shipping orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees by the country of delivery. Customers are reminded that any additional taxes are their responsibility. The order values will be declared on international shippings documents and a commercial tax invoice will be included at the time of shipping. For more information on a country’s individual customs and taxes please contact your local customs office as Myrrdah is not able to estimate these.
